Would you like your Pack to operate more smoothly, effectively and efficiently? If you would, then plan on joining us on Saturday, August 1 at the El Paso Community College's Northwest Campus for a deep dive into how packs should operate and how to make your life easier as a Cub Scout leader. Whether you are a new leader or an experienced leader, plan on joining us to gain new insights from Scouting America and from your fellow Cub Scout leaders as to how be a better leader.

By the end of the morning, you should have a more complete grasp on what the purpose of Cub Scouting is - its Aims and Methods - and how to lead your Den or Pack so that our Scouts get more out of Cub Scouting with less stress, worry, and work on your part - and on all adult leaders. We are going to do our best to tie together the system, especially the relationships of the Key 3 as well as the relationship of the Pack to High Desert Council. But most importantly, we will concentrate on what you can do to make your life easier the next time you hold a Pack meeting or a Den meeting.

And, you will leave with a small but powerful patch that tells the world that you are a Trained Cub Scout Leader!      

Please join us, and bring your Unit Commissioner, Chartered Organization Representative, Pack Committee Chair, Cubmaster and all Assistant Cubmasters, all Den Leaders and Assistant Den Leaders along with you! The more we understand each other's roles and responsibilities, the more effective and sustainable our packs will be.
