The new OA Induction is being offered to existing members at Gorham Scout Ranch August 21-23!

For 116 years, the Order of the Arrow has changed lives. Now, we’re evolving to change even more. The new OA induction experience is something every OA member needs to experience. The new induction experience is an evolution. The things you remember and love are still there. But the experience is now built around three clear purposes: Discover Brotherhood. Reflect on Cheerfulness. Provide Service. We ask you to go see the ceremonies and experience the process.

If you are interested in being a Ceremonialist or a Luminary (more than an Elangomat) you will need to attend to see and participate in the new process. The first step in offering the New Induction is to be a part of it and see it. Gorham will be your closest “Go See It” opportunity. Every lodge is expected to be ready to offer the new induction to new members by April 2027.

Plan to bring a tent as tents will be limited at Gorham.
