Wolf, Bear, Webelos and Arrow of Lights Scouts in the ABQ Metro area - come participate in an Archery Range day with the High Desert Council on Saturday November 8th! This is your chance to earn the Archery Adventure Pin!  Cub Scout Range and Target Activities are only permitted at Council or District level events and this is your chance to earn this adventure if you were unable to attend our Council Day Camp last summer! 

The cost will be $10 per scout.  These two hour sessions will start with a safety lesson and then we will move outside to the range to complete the shooting requirements for completing the adventure.  There will be 12 spots per two hour block - starting at 8am.  If the spots fill up - there will be a waitlist available and we will notify people of open spots via email on 11/6. 

Parents or a responsible adult must remain on site for the duration of the event.  We are hoping to have another event like this in the spring (and maybe include BB Guns or Slingshots and open it up to younger ranks and more kids) but we need more volunteers and trained rangemasters to do that.  If you are willing to help out as an adult volunteer/take Rangemaster training - we can give you more information at this event about how you can do that. 

There will be 12 spots per two hour block. Please sign up for one of the following Groups:

Group A - 8:00am - 10:00am

Group B - 9:00am - 11:00am

Group C - 10:00am - 12:00pm

Group D - 11:00am - 1:00pm

Group E - 12:00 - 2:00pm

Please register for ONLY ONE two hour session.
