Join fellow Scouters on April 11, 2026, for a full day of connection, celebration, and inspiration at the beautiful Inn of the Mountain Gods in Ruidoso.

From board meetings and workshop opportunities to fellowship, recognition, and a memorable Keynote Speaker Awards Dinner, Big Saturday brings our council together to honor service and look ahead to the future.

Lunch will be:

• New Mexico style Beef and Chicken Fajitas with Grilled Onions, Bell Peppers, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans and Flour Tortillas, Crisp Corn Tortilla Chips. Served with Fruit Empanadas and Mexican Cookies

Dinner will be:

Lodging

Participants are responsible for their own lodging. Rooms at the Inn are limited and expected to fill quickly, so we encourage early reservations. There are also many lodging options available in the Ruidoso area for you and your family.
