The Council Calendar Planning Meeting holds significant importance in shaping the direction of our programs, activities, and events for the upcoming months. This is an opportunity for all of us to come together and collaborate in on planning initiatives that will foster the growth and development of our scouts, instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Our primary focus during the meeting will be to develop a well-balanced and impactful calendar that ensures a diverse range of activities; fostering learning, leadership, and character development in our youth. Your unit's input and participation are essential to ensure that we take into account the interests and needs of all our scouts. We want to help provide them with enriching experiences throughout the year.
