2026 National Jamboree
Summit Bechtel Reserve

Registration opens Monday, February 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

It's here!  The 2026 National Jamboree will be held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve, located on the New River and nestled in the West Virginia mountains.  Circle Ten Council has the largest contingent of Scouts and Leaders scheduled to attend from the entire United States and we would like to offer you the opportunity to be part of this once in a lifetime event, where you will join more than 15,000 Scouts from all over the country.

Circle Ten Council has four Troops reserved. Each unit consists of Scouts BSA, Venturers, Sea Scouts and/or Explorers and 4 (minimum) up to 8 adult leaders (all must be 21 or older), not to exceed a total of 40 members. Adult leadership opportunities will be afforded to the adults who recruit the most Scouts to attend the Jamboree and are approved by the Council Jamboree Steering Committee. Scouts must be at least 12 years of age by the first day of Jamboree and will not turn 21 by the last day of Jamboree.  Scouts 18 to 20 are required to register as young adults and will be housed/tented with other adults.  All participants 18 and older must be registered with Scouting America as adults and have current youth protection training.

Jamboree Package Options

Circle Ten is offering two Jamboree packages to choose from:

PACKAGE #1: (I1): $3,500  (Includes one-day touring Washington, D.C. Departs DFW area July 21 and returns on July 31)

PACKAGE #2: (I2): $3,800 (Includes two-days touring Washington, D.C. Departs DFW area July 20  and returns on August 1)

Both packages include 9 days at the 2026 National Jamboree, all meals while traveling, air and bus transportation, 2 customized shirts, 2 council patches, and more!  Note, the above stated costs are based in part upon expected airfare and ground transportation costs. If the actual aire travel and ground transportation costs are less than budgeted, we will issue individual refunds or change the final payment amount to reflect the updated costs.

Deposit: due at time of registration 

• Package 1: $500 ($250 is non-refundable)*
• Package 2: $500 ($250 is non-refundable)*

Payment 1:  due by August 31, 2025*

Late Fee: All payments are due, and much be paid in full by March 31, 2026, at 11:00 p.m. to avoid late fees. A late fee of an additional $200 will be applied for payments made after March 31, 2026.

*All payments are non-refundable. However, if a participant must withdraw from their registration and can find a replacement participant, who signs up, is approved by Council, and makes their payments equal to the orgiginal participant's payments, then the orginial participant will be refunded all payments they made except for an amount of $250. This $250 is non-refundable even with the replacement.

**For the 2026 National Jamboree, all registrations and payments will be made on this site only.**

Refund Policy

As described above, refunds (minus the $250 non-refundable deposit) are only available if a replacement youth or adult takes the spot of the original participant. Due to the nature of the registration and costs involved, the standard Circle Ten Council Refund & Cancellation policy does not apply to any 2026 National Jamboree registration.
