As the parent or legal guardian of the applicant above, I confirm that my Scout will follow all Scouting America, National Jamboree, and Circle Ten Council rules and guidelines. I understand that the Jamboree will be covered by news media, moviemaking and broadcasting companies, and I hereby consent to the use of my child’s voice and/or photograph in the news coverage, moviemaking or similar projects approved by Scouting Ameria without compensation and I further agree to release and hold Scouting America harmless for any and all claims and liability with regard to such use.  I also agree to make payment according to the payment plan.
