Event Details

  • Location: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd., Pottsboro, TX 75076
  • There are 2 separate sessions of camp serving Cub Scouts - one that is open to all Cub Scouts and their families, and a separate session that is open to Webelos/AOL Scouts and their leaders.

Event Sessions
Please make sure you have registered for the correct session. If you are unsure of which session your Scout should attend, please contact the Staff Advisor or Registration Assistant.

  • Summer Cub Adventure Camp – all Cub Scouts and their families
    • Weekend 1: June 12 - 14;  Weekend 2: June 19 - 21
  • Webelos/AOL Camp- Webelos/AOL Scouts and their leaders
    • Session 1: June 8 - 10;  Session 2: June 15 - 17;  Session 3: June 22 - 24
      • PLEASE NOTE: Programming ends on Wednesday after campfire. All units must depart camp by Thursday at 10:00 a.m.

FOR WEBELOS/AOL CAMP


Cost

  • $250: Youth Participants
  • $150: Adult Participants

Week 1 of Webelos/AOL Resident Camp is full. There is plently of space available for Week 2 or 3.

Payment Schedule

  • A minimum payment of $100 is due with each registration. This $100 minimum is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments are due for each Scout on the dates below:
  • October 1, 2025 - January 14, 2026 at 10:59 p.m.: $10 per person plus
  • January 14 at 11:00 p.m. - May 1 at 10:59 p.m.: $75 per person (total of $85 per person due by this date)
  • All payment is due in full for all participants beginning on May 1 at 11:00 p.m.
  • The deadline to register is 14 days prior to each week's session (Sundays before 11:00 p.m.). Late additions/substitutions after the deadline or walk-ins at camp cannot be accommodated.
  • Cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to the event start date. See the cancellation and refund policy HERE.

Information Required for Registration

All participant information is required to be entered in full by May 1 at 10:59 p.m. Beginning May 1 at 11:00 p.m. you will be required to enter complete participant information when registering. The information you will need to register is outlined at the end of this registration page.

We recommend one registration per unit if multiple people from a unit are attending the same session.

By registering for summer camp, all adults understand that Circle Ten Council will run a background check through the State of Texas. It is extremely important that you verify the correct first and last name of the adults as on their government-issued ID before registering them for camp.

Participant Guidelines

Registration is limited to Webelos and AOL age youth and their leaders or parents. Siblings are not permitted at Webelos/AOL sessions.

The minimum leadership requirements for any Cub Scout unit attending camp is a ratio of two registered adults to a maximum of eight youth and one additional registered adult for each four additional youth (or part thereof).

Attendance at a leader’s meeting is required for each unit attending camp. All meetings will be via Zoom.

Required Documentation for Check-In for Webelos/AOL Camp
Check-in will begin at 1:00 p.m. You may select your preferred check-in time during registration.

Unit Check-In

  • Unit: Unit Roster downloaded from the Reports tab of your registration
  • Unit: Proof of Safeguarding Youth Training for ALL adults on camp
  • Unit: Weather Hazards Certificate (at least one adult; multiple recommended)
  • Youth & Adults (both full-time and part-time): Annual Medical Health Record (parts A, B1, B2). Must be valid through the end of your stay at camp (HERE)
  • Adults: Adult In-Camp State Compliance Form (HERE)

For Individual Registrations

  • Unit Roster downloaded from the Reports tab of your registration
  • Youth & Adults (both full-time and part-time): Annual Medical Health Record (parts A, B1, B2). Must be valid through the end of your stay at camp. (HERE)
  • Adults: Proof of Safeguarding Youth Training

Weekend Participants Cost

  • $160: Youth Participants
  • $105: Adult & Den Chief Participants

 

Saturday Only Participant Cost
This is for participants attending on Saturday only (no overnight accommodations). Lunch and dinner is provided.
Check-in is at 8:00 a.m. and program begins at 9:00 a.m.

  • $75: Youth Participants
  • $75: Adult Participants

  • Tigers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Youth who will become Lions in September are not eligible to participate as a registered scout.
