Colonial-era Skills, Colonial Village, Campfire Patriotic Program, and more!
Archery, Tomahawk, Rifle, and Shotgun included.

• Location: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd., Pottsboro, TX 75076
• Event Dates: March 27 - 29
• Check-in time: 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27
• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 29
• Cost: $20 per Scout, $10 per Adult
• Registration Closes: Monday, March 23 at 11:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline for registration, changes, and payment to be completed. Late additions/substitutions or walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Circle Ten Council Refund & Cancellation Policy (see under Attachments)

• Unit type and number
• First and last name, gender
• Scouting America membership number (from my.scouting.org)
• Phone and email address (adults only)
• Emergency contact name, phone number, relationship to attendee
• Alleriges and medical concerns
• If you will be camping both nights

• Unit Roster (downloaded from my.scouting.org)
• Annual Medical Health Record AB
