• Check-in: Friday, April 11 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 p.m.
• Event Check-out: Sunday, April 13 by 10:00 a.m.  
• Location: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd., Pottsboro, Texas 75076
• Deadline to Register/make changes with your registration: April 7 before 11:00 p.m.  
• Meals:  Units will provide their own meals for this event

Cost  

• Scouts: $18
• Adults/Staff: $10
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).

• First and last name
• Cell phone (registration contact and staff)
• Email address (adults and staff)
• Gender (all); Date of birth (youth staff)
• Scouting America Membership Number
• Allergies, dietary restrictions, medical concerns
• Emergency contact name, cell phone, and relationship to attendee

Documentation Required at Check-in

• Unit Roster (must be official roster downloaded from my.scouting.org)
  All persons staying overnight at camp are required to be members of Scouting America
• Annual Medical Health Record AB
• All units from out-of-council (not Circle Ten Council) must provide a printed copy of their council's certificate of liability insurance (obtain from your local council)
