Scouting America: Our Next Chapter

The 2025 Key Leadership Conference will be held on Sunday, January 19th through January 20th at the Coushatta Casino Resort.  We understand that this is Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend, but it was the only time available to host the conference.

We will be starting at 2:00 p.m. (central) on Sunday and ending around 2:30 p.m. on Monday.

The leadership team is excited to be hosting the conference for the first time since the inception of the NST/CSTs in Louisiana.  An outstanding program is being planned.  You will not want to miss it!

Accomodations

Forty (40) king and forty (40) gueen hotel rooms have been secured at the Seven Clan Resort.  Reservation deadline is 12/31/2024.  The reduced rate per night is $80.14 (including hotel room, tribe fee, and sales tax). The hotel will also charge a $50 incidental fee to be reimbursed after the conference.

To reserve the room(s) at the reduced rate, you must call (800) 584-7263 and mention the group code: Scouts25. The reduced rate is good for Sunday and Monday nights only.

Registration Fee and Meals

The registration fee for the conference is $60, and includes Monday morning breakfast (assorted breakfast sandwiches with tots, along with assorted whole fruits and assorted candy bars), lunch (assorted wraps and chips, along with cookies and brownies), and meeting materials.  You are on your own for dinner on Sunday.  There are a number of fine dining options in the hotel, including The Terrace Café, Big Sky Steakhouse, Lagniappe Market, Noodles, and the Eagle Bar & Grill.
