CST 13 - College of Commissioner Science

College of Commissioner Science
Saturday, November 7, 2026
Pennsylvania • Rhode Island • Virtual
Hosted by the councils of Council Service Territory 13 (CST 13), the College brings together Commissioners and Scouters from across the territory for a day of learning, collaboration, and fellowship.
What is the College of Commissioner Science?
The College of Commissioner Science (CCS) provides Commissioners with opportunities to strengthen their skills, expand their knowledge, and become better equipped to serve Scouting units.
Through structured coursework, practical resources, and the sharing of best practices, participants gain tools they can put to use in supporting packs, troops, crews, ships, and posts. The College also provides an opportunity to connect with Commissioners from across the region and learn from one another's experiences.
Who Should Attend?
All Commissioners who have completed Commissioner Basic Training are encouraged to attend. Whether you are a new Commissioner or have years of experience, the College offers opportunities to develop new skills, explore current practices in unit service, and connect with fellow Scouters.
Other Scouting volunteers interested in learning more about Commissioner service are also welcome to attend.
