Miami Valley Council's 2026 Popcorn Kick-off and Training

Who should attend: Unit Popcorn Kernels and/or anyone involved in the management of your unit's popcorn sale, and parents and scouts may attend for special break out sessions geared to families! (all unit types: Packs, Troops, Crews, Posts).  Please pre-register so we can plan on enough food for everyone!

What to expect: Join us for food and a fun and informative evening to hear directly from our 2025 Popcorn vendor, Trails End!  Our Trails End representative and MVC Popcorn Team will share best practices for your unit's popcorn sale, train you on how to use the Trails End system and app, explain all the sales incentives and sale timeline, and answer any questions you may have!

When: Tuesday July 21, 2026

  • 6:00-6:30pm: Doors Open and Taco Bar Served! 
  • 6:30-8:00pm: Popcorn Kick-off and Training for Unit Kernels
  • 8:00-8:30pm: Collect your Popcorn Sale promotional materials and/or stick around to ask any questions
