Keynote Speaker: Jeff Berding, Co-CEO of FC Cincinnati

Jeff Berding is President and Co-CEO of FC Cincinnati, which he co-founded with Carl H. Lindner III in 2015. Under his leadership, the club quickly rose from the USL to Major League Soccer in 2019, opened TQL Stadium in 2021, and won the Supporters’ Shield in 2023.

Previously, Berding spent nearly 20 years as an executive with the Cincinnati Bengals and served six years on the Cincinnati City Council. He is actively involved in the community through roles with the FCC Foundation, Cincinnati Art Museum, Visit Cincy, Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, St. Xavier High School, and Xavier University. A fifth-generation Cincinnatian, he attended St. Xavier High School, graduated cum laude from Miami University, and earned his MBA with honors from Xavier University.
