Camp Friedlander is the premier Scouts BSA Summer Camp program with a wide variety of merit badge options, activities for younger and older Scouts, training opportunities for adult leaders, and some of the best camping facilities in the country. Each summer, thousands of Scouts from across the nation (and the world!) make Camp Friedlander their summer camp home for a fun week of learning, achievement, leadership, and Scouting at its best.

Registration Timeline:

Registration is now open!

• 3/7/2026 - Merit Badge Selection Opens. Registered Scouts may begin selecting activities at 9am. They do not need to be paid in full.
• 5/1/2026 - Late Fee Begins: $15 charge to any new Scout additions to your registration. Adults and new crossovers do not incur a late fee.
• 30 Days Prior to Arrival - Deadline to Request Refunds: All non-medical refund requests must be submitted.
• 10 Days Prior to Arrival - Registration Closes, Final Payments Due

Pre-Camp Orientation Meeting

On March 1st at 7pm, we will host our annual Pre-Camp Orientation Meeting. This virtual meeting will go over existing programs, unveil new programs and activities for the summer, and have a question and answer session with the Camp Director! A link to join will be sent out to your Troop's registration contact a week before the event, and they may share with whoever they think will benefit from attending.

Skill Seekers Day Camp

Looking to get more out of camp? Sign up for Skill Seekers Day Camp! Day Campers are able to select from any of the Merit Badge offerings* our overnight campers have, and get dropped off before their first and picked up after their last session each day. Day Campers are welcome to attend our open programs on Friday, as well as attend the closing campfire Friday evening.

*Merit Badges that require an overnight component, such as Astronomy or Wilderness Survival, may be taken but will not be completed by Day Campers.
