Merit Badge Challenge - North - Fairfield High School

This event takes place over 2 Saturdays, January 16 and 30, 2027. Scouts will take the same schedule both days.

Fees

The Early Bird Registration fee is $30 and is in effect from Oct. 2nd to Dec. 14th

The regular registration fee is $45 and is in effect from Dec. 15th to Jan. 12th

Important Dates

Merit Badge Schedule Released: Oct. 2, 2026

• You can register your Scouts at this time if you wish, but you will not have access to select their classes until Nov.2nd at 6:00 PM.
• **Make sure that you are logged into Black Pug if you choose to do this or you will not be able to reaccess the registration to add classes. Refunds will not be processed for duplicate registrations for this event.

Merit Badge Registration opens: Nov. 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

Registration Closes: Jan. 12, 2027

• All subsequent changes will need to be done in person at the event.

****For inclement weather, participants and registration contacts will receive an email from the Black Pug registration system, NO-REPLY@247SCOUTING.COM and this website will be updated as well.

Refund Policy

Due to the high demand of this event and many of the classes, there will be no refunds for multiple or duplicate registrations.

Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 20% administrative charge. No refunds will be given after the 30-day cancellation deadline. Fees are transferable to a previously unregistered scout.
