What is it?

Leader Skill Labs are training sessions designed to go beyond basic leader training. This one-day experience brings together Scouting volunteers to share practical skills, fresh ideas, and proven approaches that can be taken directly back to their units.

What Should I Expect?

• Five 45-minute class periods

• Skill-based sessions and guided discussions

• Classes for adults and youth

• Practical ideas you can use right away
