The Order of the Arrow is rolling out a new induction experience, and lodges need trained staff ready to deliver it. This joint training weekend — hosted in partnership between Ku-Ni-Eh Lodge 145, Tarhe Lodge, and Miami Lodge — will walk current Arrowmen through the new induction process from the perspective of those who will run it.

Who should attend?
This event is open to current OA members in good standing from Ku-Ni-Eh, Tarhe, and Miami Lodges. Arrowmen from other lodges who are unable to attend a Section induction training event are also welcome to register.

Important: This training is designed for Arrowmen who want to staff future lodge inductions. If your goal is simply to experience the new induction process as a participant, this is not the right event for you. Ku-Ni-Eh Lodge will offer opportunities for current members to go through the new induction experience in 2027.

What to expect:
Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the new induction experience — its flow, roles, and expectations — so they are prepared to serve on induction teams at their home lodge. This is a hands-on, collaborative weekend alongside Arrowmen from across the region.

Current OA member in good standing

Member of Ku-Ni-Eh Lodge 145, Tarhe Lodge, Miami Lodge, or another lodge without access to a Section induction training event
