Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary with an unforgettable weekend of Scouting, patriotism, and adventure! Join Scouts from across the council for a special Camporee that combines the excitement of Shootapalooza with a celebration of our nation's rich history and enduring spirit.
Throughout the weekend, Scouts will test their skills on a variety of supervised range activities, including archery, BBs, rifles, tomahawks, and more (activities vary by age and program). Between sessions on the range, troops will take part in patriotic challenges, American history-themed competitions, campfire celebrations, and hands-on activities honoring 250 years of freedom, service, and citizenship.
Scouts will also have the opportunity to earn the official America 250 commemorative patch by participating in special activities that celebrate our nation's founding and the values of citizenship, leadership, and service. Plus, be among the first to experience Camp Friedlander's brand-new climbing wall, adding another exciting challenge to an action-packed weekend.
Whether you're aiming for a bullseye, reaching new heights on the climbing wall, competing with your patrol, or reflecting on the ideals that have shaped our nation, this Camporee offers something for every Scout.
