Early Bird price ends on Oct. 31, 2025!

You must be registered with the deposit paid in order to recieve the Early Bird registration rate. This is a date dictated by the National Jamboree, the Dan Beard Council contingent leaders will not be able to make any exceptions.

On November 1st, all registration types will move to a waitlist. We are asking for a $100 deposit to be on the wailist. If we cannot get you into the contingent, you will recieve a full refund on the waitlist deposit. If we are able to get you into the contingent, you will be expected to make the contingent deposit of $550 within 5 days of notification. Hey there, daredevils! Inspiring, challenging, and filled with unforgettable moments, are you prepared to set out on an incredible adventure? Join us at the Summit Bechtel Reserve for the 2026 National Jamboree—an invitation extended by the Dan Beard Council.

Summit Bechtel Reserve High Adventure Base, located in West Virginia on a breathtaking 14,000 acres, will host an unforgettable event from July 22nd to July 31st, 2026. Indulge in thrilling activities such as ziplining through treetops, riding mountain bikes down exhilarating trails, navigating white-water rapids, and conquering towering rock walls. Registration Opportunities:

Male Youth Participant-Males between 12-17 as of July 22, 2026

Female Youth Participant-Females between 12-17 as of July 22, 2026

Young Adult Participant-Scouts between 14-21 as of July 22, 2026

Council Contingent Staff-Adults 21+. These participants will with camp with the Dan Beard contingent, however they will assist with Jamboree operations and/or program areas 6 out of the 7 program days. After the event, National will refund $400 to Dan Beard Council for each participant who fulfilled the 6 days of. Council will refund it to the participant after it is recieved from National.
