The Council Coordinated Meeting brings together key Scouting leaders from across the council once each quarter to share updates, align priorities, and strengthen collaboration among districts, committees, and council staff.

This meeting ensures that everyone—from volunteers to professional staff—works together toward common goals in membership growth, program excellence, unit service, and community engagement. Participants receive important council updates, training, and best practices to take back to their areas of service.
