Saturday the 17th there will be an opportunity for members to go through their brotherhood ordeal and earn their brotherhood sashes.  There will also be a presentation of the silver beaver award, a woodbadge court of honor and of course a call-out and a brotherhood ceremony.  The evening events are set to start at 7pm (scout time of course) starting with the silver beaver presentation, followed up with the woodbadge court of honor and then moving onto the call-out and finishing up with the brotherhood ceremony at dark.  We are estimating that callout will take place between 8 and 8:30 depending on sunset of course.  We have marked big 4 for the weekend and are inviting all troops to come and camp with us for the weekend.  A few notes, we did not reserve or pay for individual campsites for the troops and we aren't preparing food.  so if you would like to spend the weekend with us, we'd be excited to see you, but you need to plan your own meals and take care of the site reservations individually as a unit.  The only cost that we will be asking for from those attending will be those that are completing their brotherhood to cover the cost of the sash.  I expect that to be no more than $20 but I will let everyone know asap once i get that finalized with the lodge.
