Join us for an unforgettable weekend of leadership, fellowship, and fun at Pa-Hin Lodge’s annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) retreat. This year, we’re gathering at a new but familiar location: Camp Grafton Training Center, just south of Devils Lake, ND.

Camp Grafton has long welcomed Scouts for merit badge weekends, and now Arrowmen will have the chance to experience it in a whole new way. Enjoy comfortable base lodging and take part in unique on-site activities such as the convoy trainer, gun simulator, and challenge course. Along with these exciting opportunities, the weekend will feature all your favorite fellowship events including movie night, team games, and plenty of time to connect with fellow Scouts and leaders.

LLD is a weekend dedicated to developing leadership and strengthening our brotherhood. It’s designed for all Arrowmen, including those currently serving in leadership roles and those who may hope to step up in the future. Through engaging, youth-led training sessions, participants will learn how to lead effectively, build strong relationships, and turn their ideas into action. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the lodge’s plans for 2026, from conclaves and elections to patch design, recognition programs, and camp promotion.

The weekend will also include our Lodge Executive Committee meeting, where we’ll set the 2026 schedule and budget. We will also hold the Vigil Honor Committee meeting to select the 2025 class of recipients.

What to Bring:
Plan to pack as you would for a lock-in, including Scout uniform and sash, comfortable clothes, and warm outdoor clothing for Saturday afternoon. Lodging will be in barracks with mattresses, restrooms, and shower facilities.

Meals Included:
Crackerbarrel on Friday night, all meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Saturday dinner will be held in the Camp Grafton dining hall.
