Event Details

When: Saturday April 11th, 2026  Registration begins at 8:15 AM; opening session starts at 9:00 AM, and programs conclude by 4:15 PM

           -On April 10th an optional evening gathering will be held at a to-be-determined location — please indicate on the registration form if you expect to attend, so we can have a good estimate for the reservation.  There will be an additional cost for this event.

           -Class selections will open mid-February.  Those that register for the event will be notified when classes are open.  There will be something for everyone!  Class availability will be first come, first served.

           -Please download the Save-the-Date Flyer for hotel options/special rate pricing - Book by 2/24 to take advantage of special pricing at the Courtyard Marriott Lenox Berkshires; other accommodations are also available.

Dress: Scout Field Uniform (if you have one), otherwise business casual

Why Should I Attend?

In order for the best youth development program in the world (Scouting America) to remain vital, we need to continue to recruit and retain Scouts.  As we all know, it has become a real challenge to accomplish our membership goals.  The best way to achieve success is to:

  • Team together to share our successes
  • Better understand the latest tools to assist us with our quest
  • Network with others who have shared and overcome our similar challenges
  • Learn how we can build a stronger Recruitment Program geared toward Membership
  • Better understand other areas for growth through the successes of others
  • Have a well-developed and communicated Membership Plan that needs to be worked
  • Become more informed Commissioners.
  • Obtain the certification training for NCAP (National Camp Accreditation Program)

9:00–9:50 am – Welcome and General Session

10:00–10:50 am – Session 1

11:00–11:50 am – Session 2

12:00–1:00 pm – Lunch

1:15–2:05 pm – Session 3 

2:15–3:05 pm – Session 4

3:15–4:05 pm – Session 5
