Join Scouts and Scouters from across the Twin Rivers Council and beyond for one monstrously fun weekend at the 2025 Council Camporee: Monster Mashoree! This once-every-two-years Scouting celebration brings together the full spirit of adventure, community, and family-friendly fun—all at the scenic Schaghticoke Fairgrounds during Columbus Day weekend.

Whether you're a Cub Scout, Scouts BSA member, Venturer, Explorer, or Scouting family, this event is built for YOU. Come for the camping, stay for the memories, and leave with stories you’ll tell for years!

What’s in Store?

• Themed Program Areas featuring a Halloween twist!
• Chicken BBQ Dinner & Entertainment Saturday night (included with full registration!)
• Special Attractions: Planetarium shows, haunted house, climbing walls, giant games, a Trade-O-Ree, and more.
• Cub Scout Carnival Fun: Pinewood Derby LEGO racing, bounce houses, face painting, and more.
• Scouts BSA Adventure: BB guns, archery, a drone obstacle course, video game trailer, and exciting merit badge opportunities.
• Saturday Night Show under the lights with live music, drone show, movie screening, and a preview of the 2026 National Jamboree.
• Vendor Food Trucks, swag tables, and collectible scouting gear available throughout the weekend.

Camp Like a Pro

Units may arrive Friday night or Saturday morning.

Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA will camp in designated areas due to updated Scouting America safety rules.

Bring your gear, costumes, and Scouting spirit—there’s something for every member of the family.

PLEASE NOTE: Cub Scout Parents or legal guardians who are not registered leaders are welcome to attend and camp overnight only with their own child(ren), have registered/paid for the event, through which Twin Rivers Council will submit your name for screening to the NYS Sex Offender Public Registry.
