The event will be held on Saturday, November 14. Check-in will begin at 8:30 AM, with classes starting promptly at 9:00 AM. This event will be conducted in Merit Badge College format. There will be both a morning session and an afternoon session, and some merit badges that will be all-day covering both the morning and afternoon. The Scouting out STEM! event will conclude at approximately 4:00 PM.

Lunch 12pm-1pm

Afternoon Session 1pm-4pm

All participants are asked to bring their own bagged lunch and snacks if they desire through out the day. As with all scouting events, Water bottles are an essential part of your scouting presence, please bring a labeled water bottle.  Label with your name and unit number. When considering what to bring for your lunch, please be considerate of food allergies.  Food delivery services such as Grub Hub, Mealeo, and Uber eats will NOT  be allowed onto the GE campus for food deliveries. 

The uniform for the day is CLASS-A.  There will not be an opening or a closing cermony.  After checking in at registration, scouts are to report to their morning Merit Badge session. 

Merit badge session room locations will be available at registration the morning of the event.
