Pioneer District Recognition & Fellowship Breakfast 2025

Event Details

Welcome to the 2024 Pioneer District Recognition Breakfast!

This year’s event will be held at the Deutscher Club of Clark on Saturday, January 25th, 2025, from 9:00 am through 12:30 pm. This is a catered affair. Business casual attire is recommended – uniforms are always welcome. Please arrange for honorees and friends from your unit to attend.

Units from Black River, Munsee, Raritan Valley & Watchung Mountain Districts joined together in 2022 to begin a new tradition in Scouting as the new Pioneer District.  In our first two years, we have provided our Scouts with outstanding opportunities to learn and practice their skills.  Come join us for a rousing celebration of our efforts as we recognize the movers and shakers of the District.

This is the perfect opportunity for the Scouters of Pioneer District to recognize volunteers for their accomplishments and devotion, and a chance to celebrate the history of our district in a relaxed and cordial atmosphere. Pioneer District will be presenting the District Awards of Merit, PEAK Awards, Unit Scouter Recognition Awards, Training Awards, Unit Leader Award of Merit awards for 2024 at the Breakfast.  Come join us as we recognize the outstanding achievements of our fellow Scoters and unit volunteers. Details on the award nomination process will follow soon.

Scouts who attained the rank of Eagle Scout in 2024 are encouraged to attend. Those Eagle Scouts and their families will be recognized at the breakfast for this outstanding achievement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In all programs offered by the Patriots’ Path Council, BSA, a great deal of planning and purchasing takes place well in advance. These plans include, but are not limited to, staff, food, program materials, patches and awards, rental and purchase of equipment, and in some cases, items of clothing such as T-shirts that are given as part of a program fee. When an individual or group makes a reservation for an activity or program, these items are included in ordering of materials and staffing for that event. Refunds: Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 15% administrative charge. No refunds will be made after the 30 day cancellation deadline, unless there is a medical or other emergency.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND SENT TO THE PATRIOTS’ PATH COUNCIL, Victoria.Moran@scouting.org
