2025 Fishawack STEM Cub Camporee

Cub Camporee – all packs are welcome!

When: May 30, 2025 - June 1, 2025
Where: Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation

Check-in from 7:30 am to 9:30 am
Activities from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Event end: 6/1/2025 11:00 am

Registration is open from April 7, 2025, 12:01am to May 10, 2025, 11:59 pm

Each pack should submit one registration for all attendees. Event is open to day trippers and overnight campers!

Packs that are camping will need a BALOO trained leader.

Stations— we expect to include bb, archery, slingshots, fishing, obstacle course, rockets, chess, button making, STEM activities, LEGO building, Ham Radio, and more!

Staffing: each pack is required to provide volunteers to assist in the running of stations for a portion of the day. The number of adult volunteers per pack is based on the number of registered youth attending:

Packs bringing 10 Cubs or less should expect to be assigned one 2 hour shift.

Packs bringing between 11-19 Cubs will run two 2 hour shifts.

Packs bringing 20 or more Cubs will run three 2 hour shifts.

*Packs providing a rangemaster for part of the day will receive a refund for the Rangemaster and their Cub.

Best efforts will be made to assign you to your preferred area.

Shift times:

9:30 am to 11:30 am
11:30 am to 1 pm
1:30 pm to 3:30 pm 
3:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Camp Docs are required for every attendee
