Cub Scout Day Camp in Columbus, NE

Who's ready to GET WILD?? Our adventurers are going "In The Wild" at Petah La Shauro's & Diamond Dick's Day Camp! We will be learning about animals that live in the wild, create some crafts and enjoy the great outdoors!  Our adventures begin at Horn T Zoo in Monroe on Friday, July 28th from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.  Cub Scouts will be paid for.  Any Non-Scouts, siblings and parents will pay for the Zoo experience when signing up for Day Camp.  Afterwards, we will head to Loup Power Park, where those who are camping will set up their tents, have some s'mores and enjoy the starry night (Camping is NOT required). On Saturday, we have a full day of fun planned, including BB guns & Archery, crafts and much more!

Local youth who are not currently members of Cub Scouts are welcome! Day Camp is open to any youth who will be entering the 1st through 5th grades in the 2023/24 school year. All youth participants receive a t-shirt and all program materials with their registration fee. Cub Scouts will receive an In The Wild patch.  Youth are expected to wear their camp t-shirt during camp. Extra shirts may be purchased during the registration process. Attendees will need to bring their own lunch as well as a refillable water bottle (water provided).

Cost:  

• Member of Cub Scouts - $25 ($35 after July 7th) (Zoo Trip included)
• Non-Scout Youth - $35 ($45 after July 7th) (+$7 for Zoo Trip)
• Siblings - $15 ($20 after July 7th) (+$7 for Zoo Trip)
• Adults - Free with optional $15 t-shirt purchase (+$7 for Zoo Trip)
• Staff - Free with camp shirt included.

Includes: T-shirt and supplies for all youth. Cub Scouts will also get a patch.
