Post 592 Douglas County Sheriff's Office Program

Event Details

Join us on the second and fourth Thursday of each month during the school year from 7:00pm-8:30pm for a traditional law enforcement program combining lecture and hands-on training in criminal and traffic law, report writing, on scene investigations, defensive tactics/handcuffing, first aid and leadership. During meetings, please park in the employee lot on the east side of the building. For questions, please contact program advisor, Dep. Explorers must print off the following documents, have them signed by parents (if under the age of 19), and bring with them to the first class on September 23rd. Explorers will not be allowed to stay and participate if the forms are not turned in. Documents can be found on the right side of this page under "Attachments". Be sure to open and read through other documents as well.
