When: Saturday, December 6, 2025
Who: Lions and Tigers Wolf, Bear, Webelos, and AOL Scouts, parents and Scout leaders
Time: 8:45a to Noon (Lions and Tigers)
8:45a to 3:00p (Wolves and Up)
Where: UMSL - Millennium Student CenterCenter -on the Map
Cost: $8 for Lions and Tigers (patch and program material - does not include lunch)
$17.00 for Wolves and up. Includes STEM U patch, lunch, and program materials. Youth fee goes up after Nov. 24th.
$10 for adult. Includes lunch and patch
Payment: Mastercard, VISA and Discover. Payments and registration will only be accepted online.
Registration Deadline: November 30 at 11:59 pm or when capacity reached.
This year Cub Scouts (Wolves and up) will be completing the Cub Scouts Can Code Nova.
New for this year Lions and Tigers will work on adventure loops!

Participants will take part in college classrooms with leaders guiding Scouts through hands-on activities at a university campus!
ALL CUBS MUST HAVE AN ADULT WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES
SCHEDULE OF COURSES (TENTATIVE)
Registration opens at 8:30 a.m.
Potential opening ceremony to start at 9:15 a.m. or Scouts will go their first session classroom.
Lions and Tigers Schedule
Session 8:45a-12 noon
Wolf thru AOL
Session 1: 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
Session 2: 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.
LUNCH: 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
Session 3: 12:30 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.
Session 4: 1:30 p.m. to 2:20 p.m.
Session 5: 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Program will be focused on earning the Cub scouts can Code Nova
There will be an information email that will be sent out prior to the event with with more details and group assignments. All Scouts will be assigned with their Pack members. If you have family members in other Packs that are attending, please let Logan know and we can place you all in the same group. logan.lawrence@scouting.org
Sessions will cover science displays, activities, and videos to meet the requirements of the NOVA award. The Scouts will receive their advancement cards and event patches at the event.
For adults that can break away, we will have Nova Award Training for Counselors and Mentors at 10 a.m. . Please register for the course as an option for this event.

Show off your inner scientist at the STEM University Science Fair — happening during the lunch break at STEM U!
This free opportunity is open to all youth participants and is a great way to showcase your creativity, curiosity, and scientific skills.
Science Fair projects can be part of your journey toward the Supernova Awards — including the Dr. Sally Ride (Bronze), Wright Brothers (Silver), Dr. Albert Einstein (Gold), and Dr. Luis W. Alvarez Award for Cubs! Even if you’re not working on a Supernova yet, this is a perfect place to get started.
Our expert judges will look for:
Creativity
Scientific Thought
Skill
Participants will receive Souvenir Tokens, and top projects will earn special recognition!
Rules: No hazardous materials, chemicals, fire, combustibles, or animals. Keep setup quick and simple — and get ready to shine!
STEM University Rules and Regulations:
• All attending Scouters (Adults and Youth) should be in field uniform for the event.
• Attending leaders/parents may be asked to help with hands on activities.
• Attending leaders may be assigned to a class or group to assist the instructor, and also help out as class monitors.
