Go back in time with us! Rendezvous returns on October 2-4, 2026, at Camp Warren Levis for an adventurous weekend inspired by the American frontier. (MED FORM A&B REQUIRED, SEE ATTACHED BELOW)

This year's event features our NEW Bread Oven and Dutch Oven Cook-Off, along with returning favorites like black powder rifle shooting, tomahawk throwing, archery, root beer, mystery stew, and so much more! There's something for all.

Important Information:

Health Forms: Every attendee must submit a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A & B).

Shooting Sports: Participants in shooting activities must complete the required waiver. Youth participants must have a guardians signature.

Camping: Campsites are available on a first come, first served basis. Check in 4PM Friday.

Meals: Units are responsible for providing and preparing all meals throughout the weekend.

Campsites: Camping is permitted only in designated campsites. Campsites will be inspected before checkout.

Parking: All vehicles must be parked in Lower Jacoby. One vehicle with a troop trailer is allowed.

Weapons: Private traders and personal weapons are not permitted.

Youth Protection: All participants must follow current BSA Youth Protection policies.
