Build stronger troops, crews, and ships, by attending Powder Horn. Gain resources for program development, unit recruitment and retention, training opportunities for youth and adults, and much more. Participate in dozens of high adventure opportunities available on Greater St. Louis Area Council properties, to experience them, before taking your unit in the future. This training serves as a great complement to Wood Badge and NYLT Training Courses, focused on adults and youth leaders 16+ (or 14 with Course Director approval).

*All participants under 18 should have a responsible adult with them (parent, Scout leader, etc.)

Multiple Completion Options: We highly encourage you to attend both weekends. However, if you only have one weekend available, join us the second weekend at Beaumont and you will qualify for completion.
