The 8th Annual Woapink Lodge Merit Badge Fair is on February 21st at Richland Community College in Decatur, IL.  Check-in will begin at 7:30 am with classes starting at 8:00 am.  The event will conclude at 4:00 pm.  Cost for the Merit Badge Fair is $30 ($40 after February 13th). Registration for the event is online only!  Early deadline for event registration is February 13, 2026.  No registrations will be accepted after February 19th.  There will be full-day classes and half-day classes.  Scouts should wear their uniform to the event.  Adults who wish to have lunch at this event must register and pay the lunch fee.

Scouts must have the merit badge book (All pamphlets are available online at scouting.org for free) and have read it  and all required pre-req work in hand the day of the Fair.  Scouts who do not have completed pre-req work completed, will receive a partial.

Lunch will be provided for all paid participants.
