Through a generous gift from World Wide Technology and World Wide Technology Raceway, they are delighted to offer our Scouting families the opportunity to attend the Bommarito 500 INDYCAR race on Saturday, August 21 at World Wide Technology Raceway.  Don't miss the chance to see this race up close and in person with the free ticket offering. 

40,000 fans from all over the country will gather for this nationally televised sporting event. Generald Wilson will perform the national anthem!  A global audience will gather just 10 minutes from the Gateway Arch for this heart-pounding, edge-of-your-seat spectacle.  This is a great opportunity for our Scout Council to represent our community in a big way!

We need to know by this Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. how many tickets you would like for your family.   Tickets will be made available for pick up at Will Call on Saturday of the event.   We will email details for ticket pick up by Wednesday.

Before you respond, it is important to know:

Your family will be responsible for providing enough adult supervision to properly supervise the children in your group.
Admission wristbands will have a unique barcode that will be scanned upon entry.

Ticket usage will be tracked - Do not order tickets if you do not intend to use them.

Parking at WWT Raceway is $20 per vehicle, cash only.
Concessions will be available for purchase.

Each person may also bring up to a 14” x 14” soft-sided cooler with snacks, water and soft-drinks from home.  More important details for race day are included in the attachments.

Our Scout Council will be represented with the STEM Trailer and Welding activity area (provided by the American Welding Society-St. Louis Chapter and Lincoln Electric) in the expanded STEM LANE Kidz Zone.   Make sure to stop by for some great family fun at the south parking lot.
