This merit badge does have some pre-requisites, which include the following:

  1, 2b, 2c, 5, 7a, 7b, 8b, 9a

Also, please update the participation section to red “Scouts should plan to have their videos on for the duration of the session so that Counselors can ensure their participation and engagement. Participation in class discussions is required to receive credit for requirements covered in class.  Counselors have the discretion to determine if a Scout completed the requirements based on their engagement during the session.”
