Early Bird Fee - $50.00

VIP Registration - $70.00

As a VIP registrant, you get several benefits including: first in line for meals, an exclusive bordered event patch, entry into raffles for prizes, exclusive ability to bid on special silent auction items, and front of house seating for the Saturday show for youth members. Thanks for supporting the event and Section G7!

While our event is large in size, the food service offered is limited as to the accommodations that can be made for dietary needs. Some substitutions may be possible, but we ask that those with specific dietary restrictions email help@shawneelodge.org to check availability.

Horse Trail Rides - $35

Tail Rides are an hour long through the wooded backcountry of the 2,400 acre Beaumont Scout Reservation. Rides are limited and will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Please note that there is a 230 pound weight limit to participate in the trail rides.
