2025 Fall Coffee Fundraiser
Event Details

The Greater St. Louis Area Council is excited to be offering a new fundraising program! Coffee sales can generate enough income to financially support your Scouting program for the entire year! Money from coffee can be used to cover the cost of camporees, pinewood derby races, field trips, equipment, badges and advancement, and summer camp.
Important details:
- Sale Commission on all items sold is roughly 33% between the various products
- Cost per bag of coffee: $25 (tentatively), First Responder Donation $25 or $50
- New Items: Hot Chocolate ($15), Black Tea ($24), Gooey Butter Cake ($15)
- Risk-free fundraiser with no upfront cost to the unit or scout.
- Units pay for only the product you sell.

Sale timeline
- Flyer at Program preview May 1-7
- Online trainings July 7, 15, and 23, 7-8:30pm
- August 1, online and take order start
- August 4-7 More promotion materials and coffee order forms to district roundtables
- 8/10 Show and Sell orders due
- Coffee re order 1 open from Thursday 8/14-Sunday 8/17
- Units encouraged to hold unit kickoffs August 18-29
- Take order pick up August 28 and 29 at council offices
- 8/29 Show and Sell starts
- Coffee re order 2 open from Thursday 8/28-31
- Coffee re order 3 open from Thursday 9/4-9/7
- Coffee re order 4 open from 9/11-9/14
- October 13 Show and Sell ends
- October 14-18 Popcorn retunes (or earlier if need be, no late returns accepted)
- Coffee Take Order due 10/21 by 11:59pm
- October 28-31 Units to order prizes
- Council to send unit invoices 10/27-11/7
- Take order pick up 11/5-11/7
- Units to distribute coffee to customers 11/7 and on.
- Units payment of invoices due by 12/13
