The theme for VSOA Celebration is “Carnival”.

Join the VSOA as we present awards, celebrate our accomplishments, and have a party like it deserves!

• 2:30 pm -- Check-in
• 3:00 pm -- Awards Presentations
• 4:00 pm -- Fellowship time/Changing clothes
• 4:30 pm -- Carnival Games and BBQ Buffet
• 5:15 pm -- Team Competitions & Kickball

Attire: Uniforms or formal wear are appropriate for the Awards Presentation. After the program, change into your relaxed/dress down attire for the BBQ Dinner and Carnival Games (you may even get wet at the games).

You are encouraged to bring family, friends, and prospective Venturers & Sea Scouts to this event. 

If you have an award recipient that you haven't submitted yet, please get that information to awards@venturing.gslac.org ASAP. That way we have time to add them to the script. (Check below if your unit should be providing the award for the actual presentation.)

Carnival Games will include: Pin Knockdown, Rubber Ducky Pull, Giant Connect 4, Backyard Golf, and Ring Toss.

Team Competitions will include: Tug of War, Dizzy Bat Race, Balloon Relay, Water Relay, and Water Balloon Toss.

We will recognize the recipients this year of:

• Venturing Discovery and Pathfinder (Unit Provided)
• Sea Scout Ordinary and Apprentice (Unit Provided)
• Sea Scout Quartermaster (Let us know if you already have the award)
• Venturing Ranger, Quest, TRUST (Let us know if you already have the award)
• Venturing Summit (Let us know if you already have the award)
• Venturing Leadership Award (Council Provided)
• Sea Scout Leadership Award (Council Provided)
• VSOA Outstanding Service Award (Council Provided)

Pricing:

• Early Bird: $18 Through May 1st
• Regular: $22 through May 12th
• Late: $27 through May 16th
