Who Can Attend:
Scouts BSA youth and Scout leaders ready to explore, experiment, and earn!
Cub College, enroll HERE

Cost:
Youth: $20 Early Bird Special!
($25 after December 22nd)
Adults: $10

Your registration includes:
STEM U event patch
Nova cards
All class materials
Lunch (pizza, chips, drink)

Online registration only - no walk-ins, please!
Deadline: Register by Monday, January 5th or before capacity is reached.

Event Schedule:

8:30 a.m. – Opening Ceremony
8:45 – 11:55 a.m. – Morning Sessions
12:00 – 12:45 p.m. – Lunch Break
12:45 – 4:00 p.m. – Afternoon Sessions
(Some sessions may end early depending on content and activities.)

Hands-on STEM fun awaits! Scouts can dive into topics like:

Adult Training Opportunity

Adults and parents can join FREE STEM Nova Counselor & Supernova Mentor Training
10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

What Scouts Should Know to Make the Most of Your Day:

Come in full uniform, ready to learn and participate!
Bring a watch or clock to stay on schedule
Review the Merit Badge pamphlet and complete prerequisites in advance
Resources: Merit Badge Worksheets
Be prepared to participate - attending alone doesn’t guarantee completion.
Each troop should have an adult on campus (recommended 1 adult per 8 Scouts).
Partial completions are OK. Scouts can follow up with instructors after the event.
