Cub Scouting is a family-oriented program designed to promote home-centered and neighborhood-directed activities.  Webelos is the final step before joining the Scouts BSA ranks.  The Webelos outdoor camping program gives the scouts, their parents, and their leaders an introduction to the outdoors and an appreciation of nature.  The program also helps the transition from Cub Scouting to Scouts BSA and offers each Webelos Scout the opportunity to learn and practice safe, practical, and fun camping.
