It's that time of year again for Fall Rendezvous!Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA and Venturers get ready to go back to the time of the fur traders and trappers at the annual Fall Rendezvous, October 3-5, 2025 at Camp Warren Levis! Scouts will have the opportunity to participate in period-authentic activities including black powder rifle shooting, blacksmithing, tomahawk throwing, and much more. 

Friday:

4:00pm-9:00pm Registration in Camp Office /Set up Troop Campsite

9:00pm Leaders Meeting in Dining Hall  

Saturday

8:45am Flags

9:00am-12:00pm registration at Winter Lodge 

9:00am -12:00pm Program 

12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch

1:00pm-4:00pm Program

4:00-10:00pm Troop Campsites 

$15.00 for all youth and adults attending Rendezvous.

Additional Information:

• Campsites are on a first-come, first-serve basis. starting at 4:00pm on Friday
• Units are responsible for providing and cooking their own food for the weekend (unless purchased with the CWL 100th Celebration)
• Camping in campsites only. All camps will be inspected before checkout.
• All vehicles will be parked in Lower Jacoby Field. Only one vehicle with a troop trailer will be allowed in camping area.
• No traders or weapons allowed.
• With there being a comination of packs, troops, and crews with registered Scouts and non registered Scouts we need to follow all YPT policies. Please see this document for details. https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/yp-faqs/
• Everyone attending the event will need to complete a health form AB. 
• Anyone participating in shooting will need to complete this waiver when they arrive at camp.
