Units can begin arriving at Camp at 6pm. Registration will begin at 6pm in the Dining Hall in Swaim Lodge. Units will be camping within their OA Chapter assigned campsites. Units will be able to use vehicles to move their Trailer and gear to their sites, but there will not be vehicles left in camp past 7:30pm. Only the Admin team for the event will be utilizing vehicles to move gear or support the event.
Ordeal Candidates, please arrive no later than 7:00 pm at Camp Warren Levis. We will have a Parent meeting at 7:00 PM for all ordeal members, so plan to stick around after dropping off your Scout. All attendees are expected to be in camp until 11:00 am on Sunday, although dismissal may be slightly earlier on Sunday after Elections.
Selected Vigil Honorees will complete their required tasks and earn the highest distinction in the Order of the Arrow with guidance from their mentors during a Friday evening event.
