To receive Early Bird Price you must be paid in full by April 10th.

Late fee of $10 will be added if not paid in full by June 1st

The BSA Guide to Safe Scouting calls for these adult to youth ratios:

One adult for every four Scouts
Two adults for every eight Scouts
Three adults for every twelve Scouts, etc.
