When asked what "Council" please select: "Greater St. Louis Area Council" from the drop-down menu. 

When asked what "Unit Type" please select: "Member of: member of the district or council not associated with a unit" from the drop-down menu.

When asked what "District" please select: "Not Needed for Out of Council" from the drop-down menu.  

In the “Special Information” Field please provide the youth organization you are with and any other pertinent information.
