Candidates should arrive between 6:00pm-7:00 pm at Camp Joy.  All attendees are expected to be in camp until 11:00am on Sunday, although dismissal may be slightly earlier on Sunday.

All attendees need to bring parts A and B of the BSA health form, medication, Scout Uniform, Sleeping bag or blanket, ground cloth such as a tarp, sleeping pad, raincoat or poncho, water bottle, flashlight, work clothes, work gloves, tent, sunscreen, insect repellant, and personal care items (deodorant, soap, towel).  They need to bring a tent to stay in or share with fellow Scouts.  Friday night the Candidates will sleep as a group "Under the Stars."

Fee Breakdown:

• $50 Ordeal Candidate for those completing their ordeal. (Candidates fee includes food, insurance, sash, membership fee, membership card, and OA flap)
• $25 Brotherhood Candidate for those completing their Brotherhood membership with the lodge. (6 months after Ordeal)
• $25 Arrowman for existing arrowmen and non-arrowmen

Lodge Pass holders please register to let us know you are attending, there is no cost for you, just use the password on the back of your membership card.

If your Scout requires a specific menu- Gluten Free, Specific Allergy etc. please let us know prior to arrival so that we can prepare.
