2026 Nisha Kittan Fall Fellowship

Units can begin arriving at Camp at 6pm. Registration will begin at 6pm in the Dining Hall in Swaim Lodge. Units will be camping within their OA Chapter assigned campsites. Units will be able to use vehicles to move their Trailer and gear to their sites, but there will not be vehicles left in camp past 7:30pm. Only the Admin team for the event will be utilizing vehicles to move gear or support the event.
Ordeal Candidates, please arrive no later than 7:30 pm at Camp Warren Levis. We will have a Parent meeting at 7:30 PM for all ordeal members (to explain what is going on the whole weekend), so plan to stick around after dropping off your Scout. Ordeal Candidates need to bring a tent to stay in for Saturday night or plan to share with fellow Scouts. All youth attendees are expected to be in camp until 10:30 am on Sunday, although dismissal may be slightly earlier on Sunday after Elections.
All attendees need to bring Parts A and B of the BSA health form, medication, Scout Uniform, Sleeping bag or blanket, ground cloth such as a tarp, sleeping pad, raincoat or poncho, water bottle, flashlight, work clothes, work gloves, sunscreen, insect repellant, towel, and personal care items (deodorant, soap, hand towel, and drying towel).
Ordeal Candidates need to bring a tent to stay in for Saturday night or plan to share with fellow Scouts. We encourage all members in a candidate's troop to come out and celebrate with them. If your OA member will NOT have adult leader coverage for the weekend (AKA, your Troop ism't camping in support), please let us know on your registration. We will maintain seperate areas of camping for male and female candidates during their Friday night ordeal, and need to maintain a list of those we will be responsible for.
Selected Vigil Honorees will complete their required tasks ad earn the highest distinciton of the Order of the Arrow with guidance from their mentors during a Friday night evening event. Vigil Honorees will meet Friday evening around 7:45 pm at the Winter Lodge. Your Vigil Guide and Committee should reach out to you about what items to bring in addition to your normal camping gear.
The presence of all Vigil members is requested to help celebrate on Saturday morning with a congratulatory breakfast in the lodge after the Vigil Honor Ceremony. Saturday morning attendees should plan to be at camp no later than 6:15 AM and to meet at Winter Lodge to go to the ceremony.
The theme for the weekend is Carnival Lights & Brotherhood Nights.There will be fun and games for all throughout Saturday, including a dunk tank and Pie the Advisors. Sunday is also Lodge elections, so all OA youth are elgible to vote for the 2027 Lodge Officers.
Fees:
$45 Ordeal Candidate (for those completing their initial ordeal after their election)
$35 Brotherhood Candidate (6 months of service since initial ordeal was completed)
Vigil Honorees are FREE (Must have been nominated and called out during the 2026 Winter Banquet)
$25 Arrowman (for existing Arrowmen)
$25 Non-Arrowman
$12 Vigil Breakfast (Arrowmen only coming for the Vigil celebration)
$10 Service Team (Ceremonies, kitchen, registration)
Elangomats are FREE (Please be on-site for the 6:30 PM Elangomat meeting)
Late registrations (after Tuesday before event) and walk-ins are allowed with a $10 late fee added to the above amounts to help cover extra food and program costs.
We will have our Order of the Arrow trading post set up for purchases on Saturday and Sunday (patches, t-shirts, and other items), so please plan accordingly.
If your Scout requires a specific menu – Gluten Free, etc. - please email Rebecca (rebecca.bagby.scouting@gmail.com) when your registration is finished so that we can prepare.
