The 2025 Shawnee Lodge Spring Conclave will take place at Beaumont Scout Reservation from April 4th - 6th, 2025.

Ordeal Candidates completing their induction should select the "Candidate" ticket.  This ticket includes all meals on Saturday, an event patch, and access to all weekend programs.

Shawnee Lodge Members should select either "Brother Without Dinner" or "Brother With Dinner" tickets.  Both tickets include access to the weekend programs and an event patch.  The "Brother with Dinner" ticket includes the Saturday night dinner. Those who are wanting to earn their brotherhood can add the brotherhood fee to their registration.

Vigil Honor Members are invited to attend the Vigil Honor Breakfast on Saturday Morning of the Conclave.  You may select the number of tickets you desire for the breakfast when filling out your registration.  Newly inducted Vigil Honor members (Class of 2025) do not need to register for the Vigil Breakfast.

Season Pass Holders should select either "Season Pass Without Dinner" or "Season Pass With Dinner" ticket option. You will be prompted for the event password that is located on your Season Pass Card that was mailed or from previous email communications. Season Pass holders will have the option to add dinner to their registration after this step. If you have lost your password, please email help@shawneelodge.org for assistance.

Thunderbird Pass Holders should select "Thunderbird Pass Without Dinner" or "Thunderbird Pass With Dinner" ticket option. You need to register using the password that was e-mailed to you. You will then have the option to add meals after this step. If you are a Thunderbird pass holder and have questions, please email help@shawneelodge.org.

Your OA Member Number is required for each member attending the reunion.  Your OA Member Number is the same as your BSA Member ID, which is located on your membership card.  If you have questions or encounter issues with registering, please contact help@shawneelodge.org

In order to guarentee meals and an event patch, please register by 11:59pm on Sunday March 30th. Meal tickets may be limited after this date.
