Please Read the Following:

Annual Dues are $12 per member.  You will be asked for your OA Member Number (this is the same as your BSA ID) when registering. In order to validate, your BSA ID and last name must be entered without an error as the validation is case sensitive. 

If you are getting an error when validating your BSA ID, please fill out this form.

You do not owe dues for 2025 if you either a) completed your Ordeal at the 2024 Fall Reunion or b) completed your Brotherhood anytime during 2024.

The Season Pass is $60 and covers your dues for 2025 as well as admission to the 2025 Spring Conclave, 2025 Fall Reunion, and 2025 Winter Fellowship Banquet.  Meals at the Spring Conclave and Fall Reunion are not included in the pass, and can be added when you register for the event. You will need to check your email before events to make sure to RSVP for events. Passwords for events will be sent out starting March 2nd. And again on March 15th.

NEW FOR 2025!

Shawnee Lodge is excited to introduce a new level of Season Pass. Availble for $120, the Thunderbird Pass includes your 2025 dues as well as admission to the 2025 Spring Conclave, 2025 Fall Reunion, and 2025 Winter Banquet. Other special benefits are included as well for our Thunderbird Pass members, including discoutned meals at the Spring Conclave and Fall Reunion, Trading Post discounts, and other exclusive offers. Similar to the traditional Season Pass, a specific password for each event will be used when registering for events.

Season Passes and Thunderbird Passes will only be available for purchase until March 1st, at 11:59pm.

If you purchase either Season Pass, or Thunderbird Pass your dues are included in the pass.  You do not need to purchase them separately.
