Lodge Leadership Development is the primary training program for up and coming youth leaders, providing lodge leadership with the skills needed to plan and run a successful lodge or chapter program. LLD will equip youth leaders with the tools to stimulate creative ideas and develop lasting solutions that will enable and enhance growth.

LLD will be held on August 24-25 at Beaumont.
During LLD, you will stay in one of the cabins at Beaumont based on YPT groups. 
LLD will take place at the Emerson Center. 
Saturday dinner, a cracker barrel, and Sunday breakfast will be provided. 
The attire for LLD is activity uniform. 
Doors Open at 2:00, with opening at 2:50. 
The event will end by 10:00am Sunday morning.
